We have provided compensation for customers who made additional purchases of relay/premium data in March:

As of today, customers whose relay/premium data usage is less than 40GB will receive a full refund of €20.
Those whose usage exceeds 40GB but is below 140GB will receive €5 in compensation.

You can view your account balance in your account dashboard. The balance will be automatically applied toward your next purchase.

March 24 Update: All CN servers are stable and working properly. If you find that the “Speed Test” function does not display latency/speed, please don’t worry—this is only a display issue caused by an incompatible testing method; the servers are actually functional. To display test results, switch Shadowrocket’s testing method to ICMP.

If you cannot find CN servers in Surge, please review the setup guide again, check “Use Hysteria2,” and re-import the configuration file.

If you are unable to use the service properly, please update to the latest official PandaFan client immediately.

March 16 Update: All CN servers have been successfully restored. Data transmission is currently stable, though long-term availability is still under observation. If you still cannot use these servers, please switch to another server and contact customer support.

March 13 Update: We are working with our upstream providers to attempt recovery of the remaining CN servers.

Currently, CN5 and CN6 are available, though functionality may vary by region—please check your actual conditions. Other premium servers remain unavailable, while normal servers continue to operate as usual.

About the PandaFan Official Client: Due to heightened network restrictions during this period, you must use the HY2 protocol to access the service normally. Please update your client to version 2.1.4 (stable) as soon as possible! You can download the latest version from our official website.

About CN Premium Servers:

PandaFan Cloud Service currently provides two types of servers:

Premium Servers (server names starting with CN) — may experience fluctuations, please read carefully
These are specially optimized for the network environment in mainland China, intended exclusively for customers in China, and consume premium data.
Standard Servers (US, JP, TW, etc.) — unaffected
These cover regions worldwide and are available to all users, including those in China, consuming standard data.

If you usually only use standard servers, your experience will not be affected.

If you frequently use premium servers, please check this notice regularly; updates may be released at any time.

What happened?

We are currently in a period of high network sensitivity. CN premium servers are occasionally disrupted during operation. The PandaFan technical team is actively exploring solutions and working hard to address this issue through technical means.

Although most premium servers remain stable and available thanks to our ongoing efforts, we cannot predict whether the situation will remain steady or worsen.

During this period, we may temporarily disable the SSLTide protocol for premium servers, leaving only Hysteria2 (HY2) connections enabled. The access protocols for CN servers may also be adjusted based on real-time conditions. Meanwhile, some premium servers may experience temporary connection issues in certain regions.

We appreciate your understanding of any inconvenience caused during this special period.

What should I do?

If you find that CN servers are temporarily unavailable, we recommend switching to standard servers in other regions while refreshing your server list, as it may have been updated.

How do I update server information?

macOS / Windows Official Client
Open the client → go to Account → click Update Account / Service Info. If you are using a version earlier than 2.1.2, please update your client. If the update fails, visit the “Download” page on our website (top right corner) to download and reinstall the full version.
Other Clients
Please visit the “Download” page on our website (top right corner) to view the relevant update instructions for your client.

When will premium servers return to normal?

The current restrictions are complex and cannot be resolved purely through technical measures, so we are unable to predict future developments.

Further restoration attempts are planned for mid-March.
